Customer Comments Telecaster Style Pickups
Hi Guys, I purchased
some pickups from you a while ago, a couple of non-wax potted 1967 Telecaster
replicas. I put them in a 1967 Telecaster and they seemed fine, didn't pay that
much attention to them because shortly after I found an original set of 1967
telecaster pickups and slapped them in. Recently I was putting together a 1966
Telecaster replica and I thought I still have those Pickup Wizard pickups so I
installed them. Holy Moly! These may be the best pickups I have ever heard and
I have had probably over 100 telecasters. . . 50s, 60s, 70, 80s, relics,
Fralins, Lollars, Seymour Duncan Antiquities, and bam these are awesome
pickups. Just thought I would drop you a line and next time I need some I will
let you know. They are truly amazing sounding. Fat, aggressive, twangy, yet not

Hi Peter,Finally had the
chance to try out those pickups last night on my hot rod deluxe amp. Fantastic
sound, it was like I was a different guitar player. Everything rolled off the fret
board like a fine tuned lady. The sound was precise and tight and some of my
lead solos even amazed me. Great job installing those pups for me, can't say
enough. You made this inexpensive Tele sound like acustom shop one of a

short, everything is perfect. Your pickup sounds awesome! I've found out that
I'm much better at soldering than I thought! Your customer service is top notch

great, just what I was looking for. It's very clear and really responsive tone

My telecaster sounded lifeless, thin and dull. I was basically on the verge of
selling it off before I spoke to Peter personally. He recommended I
try a set of his 55-64 pickups.I had them installed with a 4-way switch
and WOW!! These pickups are incredibly responsive and digging into a note
now creates a wonderful creamy breakup with none of the shrillness I had
previously come to dread. Fat and round with all the wanted upper harmonics and
Mojo in spades. I'll be doing more business with Peter. Thanks again. Sean

Sid here. Installed the pup's, had a couple of day's with them on my
guitar..... I am really digging the pickups, the bridge is exactly what I
hoped for. They sound open with great bite and none of that high end shrill you
